It seems that Americans should start looking into a way to
get taller, studies that were carried out over the last century seem to show that they may have reached they perfect height. Through out the 20th century studies revealed that a child tended to grow an inch or more taller than it's parents.. However this trend seems to be changing.
These days the average height of an american female is 5"4 and teh males 5"9. The way we live our lives these days is believed to be a major contributing factor, this may be down to the fact that as children our supply of nutrients required for growth is ample and we suffer less stress. Americans may have reached they're optimal height through consuming foods and avoiding disease in they're growing years, therefore enabling them to achieve they're optimal height.
As a nation growth seems to have leveled out but there are still signs that growth is happening in small pockets of the country. It has been proved through studies during the 20th century that height gain is very much reliant on on a persons nutrition and enviroment. The findings were overwhelmingly convincing and showed that children who received proper nutrition during they're youth grew and developed and were more likely to get taller and become more successfull than those less lucky.
